Die ESO Supernova bleibt über die Feiertage ab Montag, dem 22. Dezember 2025, geschlossen. Um notwendige Wartungsarbeiten durchführen zu können, wird die ESO Supernova erst am Samstag, den 17. Januar 2026 wiedereröffnet. Bitte beachten Sie, dass wir zwischen Sonntag, den 21. Dezember 2025 ab 17:00 Uhr bis Mittwoch, den 7. Januar 2026 keine E-mails und Anrufe beantworten können.
Auch im Jahr 2026 bietet die ESO Supernova ab Februar jeden ersten Freitag im Monat verlängerte Öffnungszeiten an. Einmal im Monat bleibt daher das Gebäude bis 20:00 Uhr geöffnet und es werden zwei Planetariumsvorführungen gezeigt.
An Tagen, an denen Abendveranstaltungen stattfinden, beispielsweise ein Konzert oder ein wissenschaftlicher Vortrag, bleibt die ESO Supernova bis 30 Minuten nach Veranstaltungsende durchgehend geöffnet, ohne Schließung um 17:00 Uhr. Auch wenn Sie nicht an der Veranstaltung teilnehmen, sind Sie herzlich eingeladen, unsere Ausstellung zu erkunden. Nach Möglichkeit wird an diesen Abenden zusätzlich eine Planetariumsvorführung angeboten.
Die regulären Öffnungszeiten der ESO Supernova sind weiterhin Mittwoch bis Freitag von 9:00 bis 17:00 Uhr und am Wochenende von 12:00 bis 17:00 Uhr. Diese Öffnungszeiten gelten auch an Feiertagen.
Bitte beachten Sie, dass die ESO Supernova aus betrieblichen Gründen am letzten vollen Wochenende jedes Monats im Jahr 2026 geschlossen bleibt.
