Kepler 186f

Kepler-186f was the first Earth-sized planet discovered in the habitable zone around another star. Photosynthesis could be influenced by the star's red light, making for a colour palette that's very different from the greens we are used to on Earth.

However, since exoplanets are so far from the Earth, it is impossible to visit them with our current spacecraft.
