The International Space Station (ISS) is a satellite and space laboratory that orbits the Earth every 90 minutes, were scientists perform experiments in microgravity conditions. Crew members come from all over the world and from many different scientific backgrounds. On a clear night, if you look carefully and are in the right place, you can sometimes see the ISS passing overhead.
