ESO Supernova Public Newsletter
25 September 2024

Dear readers of the ESO Supernova newsletter,

in just over one week, on 3 October, 2024, the European Southern Observatory (ESO) will open the doors of its headquarters in Garching to give you all a very special insight. This will be the first “Open House Day” since 2018 and we will celebrate it together with many other institutions on the Research Campus Garching.

The ESO Supernova team invites you to visit our planetarium and visitor centre between 9:00 and 17:00 and take part in our free special programme, consisting of planetarium shows, tours, VR stations and much more.

The complete ESO Supernova programme can be found here.

Please note that 50% of the seats for the planetarium shows can now be booked online. The remaining 50% of tickets will be distributed on 3 October at the ESO Supernova reception.

We look forward to your visit on 3 October!

Carina Bublies
ESO Supernova Events Coordinator
